Belinda Clur has worked in retail property for over 25 years, and is the Founder and Managing Director of Clur International, a retail asset management support house. It has set the gold standard in South African retail for accurate reporting, exceptional insights & reliable indexing, providing vital industry & economic measures.

Drawing on Belinda’s specialised knowledge & industry-leading involvement, the business has contributed significantly to proactive asset management & informed industry decision-making, driving profitability & protecting stakeholders.

As a well-respected strategist with an innovative approach to shopping centre asset & risk management, Belinda’s methodology has positioned the Clur Collective as the go-to recommendations-based early warning system helping shopping centres & retail managers optimize trading.
